... problem seems to worsen whenever i'm in a more stressful situation and almost always when i speak. i also believe i have a hyperacuteness of sound in that same ear which seems to initiate the crackling and fullness. currently i put a cottonball in my ear so i'm able to filter out almost all sound in that ear. ... ... ds like it's probably palatal myoclonus, a rhythmic contraction of one or both sides of the rear of the roof of the mouth. This can cause a clicking sound in the ear in some people. The fact that you refer to 'certain muscle movements in the roof of your mouth' makes this likely. ... (5 replies)

... No Sinuses in the back of your head. Only in the frontal area. Crackling could be due to fluid in the Middle Ear, (Inner ear is a fluid filled sac). if you had an infection recently, it takes a while tio get over sometimes. I too get the brain zaps... Its pretty normal for me... when the dizzyness goes, so do they. (1 replies)
