... first advice as well. Sinsus trouble can cause similar symtoms. If they persist after that, it would be wise to see your physician or an ENT to check for inner ear or eust. tube infection. ... Sounds like you might want to check out what's happening with your jaw - - maybe early signs of TMJ or neck issues. I too have some of those problems. If you go to a PT, maybe have them work on neck and myofascial release. I don't think that would hurt and could improve your symptoms.
