Sounds like the ear rock(s) have slip back into your right(bad side) ear canal--either from---rolling to the left---during your sleep or---doing the "shaking head" thing---you mentioned---don't think I'd---do the latter any more----never did buy into it---because of the physics involved---if you attempted...
