I have all of the same symptoms as you. The bouncing is a horrible sensation.
I am just down the road from you, in the nothwest suburbs of Chicago. I would highly recommend you make an appointment with Dr. Hain at the Chicago Dizziness and Hearing Clinic and make the 90 mile drive in to see him. He is the top guru at treating these problems.
