In all probability what they mean is they see no masses or dark areas of the organs that are associated with serious illness, the results of the ultra-sound still have to be clinically read by a Doctor with careful examination. I had an ultrasound 6 months ago to follow up on "fatty liver". During the ultrasound procedure the nurse said "I don't see anything bad" I didn't ask... (2 replies)
