... A high MPV mean platelet volume just means that your platelts are big, but from your number they don't look too big.. ... ASO AB test is for hepititis infection. The doctor is looking for any types of diseases that would cause your lymphocytes to be dropping. The natural killer cells that would help to prevent infection seem to be pretty low if that is your total lymphocyte count. ... i am seeing a rhematolist my wbc went from 7.2 to 9.6 my rbc went from 4.45 to 4.75 my platelet went from 400 down to 365 my ck levals are high my hematocrit are high and my mpv is low but no one is saying anything i am alway so tired and bones hurt and wake up with brusis im stumped (19 replies)
