My history, I was married for many years to a heavy drinker and it was so much part of life that I didnít even realize how bad it was. I left and have been a moderate drinker (2 a day, no more) for the last year and a half or so. Iím scared to death that I left myself get out of control and ruined my liver. I am not addicted by any means but more just a habit and way to relax. My question is:
Do any of the above levels indicate anything real bad? If it was alcohol related would other levels be off? I do know I need to limit my intake more in the future no matter what. Thanks for replies!
