... I would suggest that tests for hepatitis be done. In your brother's case, visible jaundice in the skin is more than what you see with Gilbert's. That usually causes minimally elevated bilirubin and only slightly visible in the eyes on occasion, like with dehydration, fever. ... (10 replies)
