... Yeah, I am still battling bronchitis for 3 months now, it has gotten better and I beleive it is almost done. Been on z-pack, advair, spiriva, nasacort, the doctor does not think it is asthma as this is the first time i have had this, i also have allergies/post nasal drip and gerd...I have been so depressed, but hopefully this is finally coming to an end,. ... The important thing is which is best for YOU! I tried Advair and it did nothing. Spiriva has made it possible to hardly ever use my "rescue" inhaler. My best friend had exactly the opposite results. Ask you doc fopr samples and see what happens. ... (7 replies)

... I have had a chronic cough for 4 months! I am not a smoker... never have been. Had all the PFT testing done and it all came out normal. Now, I have develped SEVERE bronchial spasms that are not improved by any of the standard asthma meds (albuterol, spiriva, flovent, etc).
