... A couple nights ago I was afflicted with this most annoying condition called "air hunger". It started in the middle of the night, I panicked, and went to an ER. The doctor told me it was most likely axeity and that I should just take something to calm down. So he prescribed me something called Hydroxyzine. ... I have had shortness of breath for the past 6 months and the doctors can't seem to find a cure. My normal doctor referred me to a pulmanary (sp) doctor last week and he concluded with the PFT I did that I have asthuma (sp) After 4 days of taking flowvent and serevent I still have shortness of breath, tight chest and chest pain.
