... Thanks. I listened & really don't hear anything like creaking leather or crackles. My lung sounds are equal on both sides. You're probably right - musculoskeletal pain. What's concered me is that the pain is very sharp and feels really deep, not more superficial which is how I would expect pulled intercostals to feel, plus it gets sharper the deeper I inspire.
