I've done a lot of running and cycling all my life but had an injury and I seemed to have 6months worth of colds too that combined with the lower level of cardio, decreased my lung capacity, albeit temporary!

... Hi Willow - It also could be pleurisy, in which case the antibiotics and bedrest (and possibly putting Vick's on his chest), should heal it. Sounds as if your doctors are very good! I had pleurisy once long ago - it's not fun, but it's curable! Good luck!:) (16 replies)
