Copd & emphysema

... my hubby has copd and emphaseyma and we live in middle fl and i do know at times of high humidity he has to stay inside because it makes breathing easier the humidity when high is difficult on these guys with the lung diseases so keep in mind that you will need to run a/c and fans a lot in fla, there are some places in fl better han others but fl is a humid state.
