... They found 3 nodules on my lungs thru a chest xray. I went and had a CT scan, and it was calcified granuloma, which is basically calcium deposits. Yours could very well be from your asthma. Follow up with your pulmonologist and try not to get too worried. That could lead to more problems. ... (6 replies)

... y done a week ago. The reslts came back and my primary physician told me that the xrays showed small specks on my lungs. He told me that it looks like they are calcium deposits. I have never heard of calcium deposits in the lungs. I have heard of calcium in the kidneys that produces kidney stones. But this is new to me. ... (7 replies)
