... in the hospital I had open lung surgery the stapled the blebs and fused the lungs, I still have bad pain and also have scar neuroma so I am on pain management. give it time, see a pain doctor to see what they can do. ... Shargirl My husband had Lung cancer and had his right upper lobe removed july 2005 (also a non smoker) and he still has the numbness due to nerve damage. That could be your case as far as the deep breath pains like I posted that was what I got when I woke up in the morning and that lasted for about a year.Just take a few deep breaths and see what happenes mine would stop...
