... Hi...have you tried the acid reflux route yet. Also do you yawn alot during the day. Snoreing. Sleep apnea can also be a route to look at. I know its alot of hassle, but when you have trouble breathing...nothing else seems to matter. Tried my .5 Xanax last night...took it about 9 pm.
