... So, as some of you know...I had a full thoracotomy and lobectomy six months ago to remove a benign tumor. Because I was coughing so much after surgery, I was tested for asthma and my tests came back negative. Multiple ct scans were done again...with contrast and without. ... (2 replies)

Chronic cough?

... he is a young man, just 33 but has a cough all the time. He's been to an asthma doc who says he is just fine. but he coughs when he wakes up, after eating, and all throughout the day. ... I don't know why lungs hurt. It always was infection for me, unless it was muscular, from all the coughing I was purposely doing to try to bring stuff up. The stuff you mix with the albuterol would probably serve the same purpose as the saline. ... (9 replies)
