I just googled it....apparently its tonsil stones...you can look into it if it really bothers you....i copy and pasted this though: Tonsil Stones are irregularly shaped, whitish/yellow, foul-smelling globs of mucous and bacteria that get caught in the back of the throat. They form in the tonsil crypts which are simply small pockets or divots that appear in everyones... (2 replies)
... i've been smoking 20 a day since i was 15 im now 18 and today i coughed up a perfectly formed little white ball of foul smelling plaque/phlem/speutumy stuff. I can't seem to find any answers on the net wonderin if any of you guys can help. thanks xxx (1 replies)

... does anyone know what this is? Over the last few months i have been coughing up small whitish yellow foul smelling lumps, they are firm to the touch and when broken open smell like an open sewer is this a sign of lung disease? thank you for your help in this matter (1 replies)

... e I had not been sick, probably was. He gave me an inhaler with cortisone. I am not sure that it has done much. Now, two and a weeks after I developed this, my coughing fits are keeping me awake and they are painful. Seems as if once I start coughing, I cannot stop. ... (2 replies)
