... Hi there. The CT reading can't really say what the mass is in terms of a diagnosis, only a biopsy can.
I'll try and interpret the results a best I can: 'middle mediastinal' means the middle lobe of the lung, so that's the position of the mass. 'It's not clearly cystic' means that it doesn't look like a cyst, but this isn't certain. (sure you guessed that already!)
