... One week after total knee replacement, hospitalized with double pneumonia. Since then (3 months) even with antibiotics, have had low grade fever and night sweats,chest pressure and difficulty breathing,rapid pulse(108-130 resting),fatigue etc. Tests for heart problems,valley fever,blood clot in lung are negative. Chest x ray shows a lemon sized nodule (l) side lung. Dr. Says... (1 replies)

Hey, you should definately talk to your doctor, I had symptoms very similiar to that, I would always get really sick, chest hurts, tired, hurried heart rate, when I'd get nervous it's flare up even worse and made me weezy and the doctors just thought it was my diabetes (type 1) weakening my immune system. well I ended up getting a chest x-ray and they found a mass or spot on...
