... I've had this happen a few times, usually when im driving (singing along with radio) or talking. I do get little dizzy, I do have UILD thought it was from lack of o2 to the brain ?. I feel this way after having a coughing fit too. My doctor also told me it was panic/anxiety attacks, gave me some meds. THey do seem to help, but make me sleepy so can't take them during the day.
