Hyperventilation

... I don't know what happened to my reply so if it is there and I can't find it sorry. Anxiety can cause hyperventilation and constriction of the bronchial tubes so in that respect the inhaler may help on an as need basis. ... (36 replies)

... Hi Hypatia, Thanks for your reply You have as low peak flows like me. I am also at my worst in the morning peak flow/lung wise. Do you also find it hard to get yourself going in the morning from being so out of breath? And need at least an hour after waking to function & recover lung wise. I feel like a handicap.
