... SarahBerah, I would first ask your doc to prescribe you some anxiety meds to see if it subsides the sob sensation. If that does not help, ask you doc get you a Barium Swallow and Upper GI xray, it sounds like you might have a Hiatal Hernia, I just had those tests done due to similiar sob and I'm waiting fot my results today, mine may be Acid Reflux\Stomach related too. ...
