... r by phone. Here I'm mentioning them again, but my pleural effusions now seem to be making noises. Most of the time, like you described, but sometimes I can hear gurgling in them like my stomach is growling, only it's in my chest. Sooo, it could be fluid causing the noise in your lungs...but it's just a thought. ... (2 replies)

I stopped taking some medication to see if that is what is causing the gurgling at the base of my ribcage and it doesn't seem to be the answer. ... go to medical doctor adn tell him what the problem is and have him or her check your lungs for gurgling sounds which is a sign of infection, are you coughing alot, that is usually a sign of lung infectin, if not maybe sinus infection such as candida? ... (2 replies)

... Hoi, Babado. How long have you smoked? I ask this, because emphysema can cause hyper-infalted lungs. If your symptoms persist, insist on seeing a Pulmonary doctor...and quit smoking, if you still smoke...Good luck to you...Loud Me (3 replies)
