... Yeah, the no coughing to clear the area is strange as well. To me it would be the lung's natural reaction to fluid build-up over the night.
You also have shortness of breath, right? That's an important part to not leave out.
Curious if the upper back and shortness of breath coincide?

Maybe I need an inhaler or some antibiodics in case I have fluid buildup in my lung at night which is what's causing the gurgling when I wake up in the morning. Just a guess. I had a few collapses that didn't require any treatment (but I didn't know what they were...I thought a pulled muscle), but I eventually had a collapse that required hospitalisation, 3 failed tubings and an eventual thoracotomy.

... I have been wheezing since August 2008 when I inhale.
Only in my right lung.
Happens minimum once a day. I was prescribed an inhaler just over a month ago which usually relieves it. I do not have asthma (to my knowledge).
It doesn't matter if I'm standing, sitting, lying down, etc. Just happens out of the blue.

... go to medical doctor adn tell him what the problem is and have him or her check your lungs for gurgling sounds which is a sign of infection, are you coughing alot, that is usually a sign of lung infectin, if not maybe sinus infection such as candida? ... (2 replies)
