... You could take my advice and get that sinus irrigator, dammit ;) Also, yes, use the Albuterol, but do a course of Prednisone(sp?) with Levaquin(antibiotic). If you're getting lung infections, get your Pulmo to prescribe a test-use of The Vest from Hill-Romm. They'll probably let you use it until your surgeries. Those people were very good to me.
