... Hi SelOt, You really should go to a doctor or the hospital where you are, even if you're on vacation. My hubby had pneumonia and he was in the hospital for 1 week and off of work for 3 months while healing from it. Pneumonia is nothing to play around with. Bronchitis is just early pneumonia. The thing with Chronic Low-Grade Hyperventilation is that (with me anyway) it is closely related with stress/anxiety/panic For about 4 months I was suffering from it but now I've calmed down a lot (mainly due to becoming slightly less of a hypchondriac in my case) and the air-hunger went away, for the most part.
