... Hi...I would strongly suspect that if I were having your symptoms my first thought would be symptoms of slight leakage or something related to your past pneumothorax. I do have the experience, so I know exactly the sensations/pain/discomfort and "gurgling" you're meaning. Tell me what treatment you had for your pneumothorax...exactly. ... If you see a chiropractor, I'd suggest you have your upper and mid back adjusted. I also get that symptom as well (and it goes down my arm sometimes too) and the chiro definitely can relieve it. It won't hurt to have it done. q (5 replies)

... Hi...curious about your age...your body type and if it was your right or left lung. I had numerous SPs for a year without treatment (not knowing what the actual pain was and it improved, and once when the ER doctor LIED and told me to do 10 deep breaths to improve the thoracic myalgia -- even though my lung was 30% collapsed as per the x-ray that I found out about later). ...
