... OMG, get off of Eliquis. I was diagnosed in March with bilateral PE's, (after being misdiagnosed with anxiety for 6 weeks). Anyways, Eliquis did nothing for me. ... You can determine costochondritis from pleurisy pretty easily. Costochondritis is inflammation of the cartilage along the sternum where the ribs connect. Getting worried
