... After returning from a trip to India, my friend is experiencing pleural effusion, breathlessness and general fatigue (but no fever). So far all his tests are negative for heart conditions, pneumonia, TB, cancer and sarcoidosis. Can parasites cause these symptoms? JonK (1 replies)
