Just thought I would let you all know that I was diagnosed with asthma on Monday morning and my doctor belives it was underlying and as left untreated caused the pneumothorax.
He also thinks that all the aches and pains I get are caused by the untreated asthma and using my inhalers every day should really help soon.

It did take me a long while to heal, but I didn't have the top part of my lung removed...only the blebs cut/stitched. I can relate, however, to the top/collarbone/shoulder pain.....some of it is muscular, nerve and maybe some air bubble movement possibly. My whole shoulder has been changed from the surgery,...
