... I don't know what you mean exactly by "scope with pleurodesis", but the surgery wasn't made using a scope. It was a normal surgery in which the doctor made a chest surgery and removed all those blebs. I have the feeling below the place where the surgery was made. Thanks anyway. I had a thoracotomy with pleurodesis abrasion and bleb stitching in 1975 (so major chest surgery with long and painful recovery) ...I get knocking feeling along the incision area. Hi I had VATS blebectomy over two months ago and find that my right side feels kind of numb and i have slight pain at times it seems around the ribs but from the inside i presume where the stapling and cutting off the blebs and i seem to have slight swelling in the same area, so not unlike you ,good luck,. ... Hi, it's unfortunate that the doctors aren't pursuing the issue. It did take me a long while to heal, but I didn't have the top part of my lung removed...only the blebs cut/stitched. I can relate, however, to the top/collarbone/shoulder pain.....some of it is muscular, nerve and maybe some air bubble movement possibly. My whole shoulder has been changed from the surgery,...
