Just thought I would let you all know that I was diagnosed with asthma on Monday morning and my doctor belives it was underlying and as left untreated caused the pneumothorax.
He also thinks that all the aches and pains I get are caused by the untreated asthma and using my inhalers every day should really help soon.

I actually went to my lung doctor yesterday, had an x-ray and he listened to my lungs and said that everything was great!! He did say that I probably have some inflamed chest muscles right now? ... Hi...I'd definitely get in to the doc again and demand an x-ray. The pains you're having sound exactly like the small collapses I was happening before the one that landed me in the hospital.
Since you only were tubed, I would say that it's probable of another collapse.
