... I've gone thru symptoms of shortness of breath, pressure in the chest, lungs inflate/deflate but don't absorb oxygen... panic attacks. Constant urge to yawn (only relief). After seeing Drs. who had no answer or "you don't have allergies" I have had huge relief by avoiding salt and breads/foods containing yeast. ... No advice, but just piping up to say I have similar issues. I often feel the need to yawn to take a full breath, and sometimes I need to try five or six times to get that yawn to fully happen. My breathing remains labored all the time, not just during physical exertion, though. ... (31 replies)
