... It's possible it's just the air in the shower. Cause when ppl take showers it gets really steamy like in a steam room & if you stay in a steamroom too long it can be hazardous for your health I do believe so I'd say just cut your shower short as possible if you have to take one if it's causing problems or take a bath. ... and coughing. I even ending up coughing so badly that I threw up phlegm. Anyways after using up the penicillin and daily trips to the steam room I became healthier again. Then in the winter I became sick again, although there was increased pressure in my sinus to the point that I had headaches. ... (0 replies)

Bad cough, help!

... d i am literally coughing all the time. i dont think ive gone a full minute today without coughing. my face turns red and i cant breathe, people are coming in my room telling me how terrible i sound. and i cant sleep. ive tried drinking tea and breathing steam and everything, but nothing is helping at all. any advice? ...
