... I don't think hyperinflated lungs are that uncommon with breathing problems. If you look at the thread AIR HUNGER under this category you will find several pages of other people with problems just exactly like yours. ... (21 replies)
... Depending on her O2 flow rate, she may benefit from a higher flow rate, but there is a fine line in COPD as to how much is too much. Usually about 2.5 liters is the max but I would discuss raising it with her Dr. if she is on less than that. You need a Dr order to change the rate. ... (2 replies)
