... I have the same thing, infact i got it now! the important thing to do is not think or worry about it too much otherwise you'll give yourself a panic attack. It might help to get a brown papaer bag and breathe into it for about 30 seconds, put the bag over your mouth and nose. Or you can cup your hands over your face tightly and do it that way.
