The one about "Antiphospholipid Syndrome/Hughes Syndrome" is an overview that includes symptoms, diagnostic criteria, etc. The dr. who did the breakthru work on "sticky blood" is Dr. Graham Hughes. ... Hi Sheila, If your test came back "inconclusive" that means that it was within the positive range, just not REALLY high. My suggestion to you is to ask the Neurologist which test came back abnormal, and if it was the anticardiolipin test then ask if it was the IgM or IgG test. That can tell your risk of clotting just by which one was positive! Does your Neurologist know... (2 replies)

I did feel better pregnant than I had in years- my last pregnancy I felt awful, but I was amazed myself about how good I felt and how great my energy level was- but I didn't connect it to the heparin. You'll find them a very good start to the tests, symptoms, etc. used in evaluating a patient for lupus & for antiphospholipid syndrome (a clotting disorder seen in lupus or existing "standalone").
