You'll find them a very good start to the tests, symptoms, etc. used in evaluating a patient for lupus & for antiphospholipid syndrome (a clotting disorder seen in lupus or existing "standalone"). One deals with lupus & the other with antiphospholipid syndrome (APS). A real good place to start reading... ... Hi Sheila, If your test came back "inconclusive" that means that it was within the positive range, just not REALLY high. My suggestion to you is to ask the Neurologist which test came back abnormal, and if it was the anticardiolipin test then ask if it was the IgM or IgG test. That can tell your risk of clotting just by which one was positive! Does your Neurologist know... (2 replies)
