... Lupus can cause dizziness for a number of reasons. It can cause inner ear disorder, which causes the spinning type dizziness and can affect your hearing. I would see an otologist for that and personally, would not accept a "benign" diagnosis unless autoimmune inner ear disorder is ruled out. ... Triciah, my sister is hypothyroid (no lupus). When she was Dx'ed, her dr. found nodules but assured her they're common with thyroid inflammation.
