... Several years ago, I had an ear infection which spread into the skin and soft tissues of my face (cellulitis). Eventual diagnosis was malignant otitis externa (basically a rapidly spreading particularly nasty infection) I was hospitalized and was given Levaquin via IV. Not fun, huh?! (9 replies)
