... Hi, i've posted here before but its not long until I have to go and see my Heamotologist. I have found that I have some swollen lymph glands as well. Could this be part of Lupus? I have to see my H on the 25th of this month, so its not long. What will he do with all my problems? I'm so scared. (7 replies)

... Help0001, I read all your posts. You have Oststeparthritis and Lupus. Also, I strongly suggest you to do the bone density test. Once you have cracking joints/bones(Osteoarthritis) - that's a good indicator for Oststeoporosis. (16 replies)

... Dear help001, Don't feel that you are alone in reaching a max-out point with sun but not realizing it right away. I would have correlated RASHES to SUN, if only they'd appeared soon after sun exposure. But they didn't. ... Hiya, Glad you took it in good part? He he. :D The back of the neck is the worst place for blistering. It happened to me once, wow was I ill. Honestly the blister was huge. That happened because I thought I would be able to get away without neck cover. The other thing, if you are going to out in the sun for long periods, don't forget your hat !! He he. ;) I... ... Oh dear, I stand told of... lol. I have noticed on the last few occassions though when its been sunny that I seemed to get sun burnt quite quickly. I was helping my Dad build a wooden shed and all my neck was burnt by the sun. The rest of my body was covered up with clothing. Tonight, I've also been going really red underneath my eyes and the usual rashes have appeared.... (16 replies)

... Hiya, Naughty you !! The sun is a no no. If you know you have to be out in it cover up very well in loose woven cotton clothing if possible, and wear a hat. A high factor sun cream too. Try to avoid it at peak times especially. It's the best and only thing you can do to protect yourself. The sun is so very dangerous anyway becaue of cancer scares, but for patients... (16 replies)
