... I have personally suffered from dizziness from the get go - and I was diagnosed back in Dec. of last year with SLE, then two weeks later Lupus Nephritis IV. I'm on prednisone, and quite a few other meds as well. Was on chemo for 5 months but had to change to another regimen due to complications from the chemo. Almost every time I stand up I get a dizzy spell with tunnel... (6 replies)

... Topsy123, Dizziness was a real problem for me for several years prior to diagnosis. I would get so dizzy at times that I would have to pull my car off to the side of the road, or if I was home I would make my way as quickly as possible to the sofa or bed until they would pass.....and they didn't last long, but they were aweful when they came on. ... Hi, So my appointment with the Rheumy is March 13th, and I have been keeping a pain journal since the end of May. I have just started adding other odd things that may or may not be relevent. I use a Mild/Moderate/Severe pain scale, as opposed to a 1-10 (does it matter?) Where Mild is just that annoying pain, but it dose not affect my daily activity, Moderate is painful... (2 replies)
... Alrighty, here is the update...after I picked up the written results from my abdominal cat scan there was absolutely nothing except a 6mm low-attenuation lesionin the midpole of the right kidney. I asked my doctor about it and she said that it is most likely an incidental renal cyst. I also had a second pelvic exam done and they told me everything is fine, everything in place.... (19 replies)

... Hey thanks for the replys;) Well, as it turns out my blood tests came back ok, my doctor said it doesn't look like Lupus..right now anyway. So now I'm getting parinoid because I have been having these kidney cramps (that's what I call them anyway) it's been on my sides RIGHT where the kidneys are and it's this annoying/slightly painful cramp that will last all day..sometimes... ... Hii, VeeJ - thanks for your reply! Unfortunately, the stomach problems is what started the whole mess! Until then, I had not taken prednisone in YEARS. I'm still stunned that my autoimmune 'stuff' probably caused this, as I have just never had it cause stomach issues before. Nephrotic syndrome
