... Lupus can cause dizziness for a number of reasons. It can cause inner ear disorder, which causes the spinning type dizziness and can affect your hearing. I would see an otologist for that and personally, would not accept a "benign" diagnosis unless autoimmune inner ear disorder is ruled out.
