It amazes me that there are many people like us that have fibro and this "ambiguious" disease. UCTD is just so vague but makes sense at the same time.
I hope you can get off the prednisone soon. I never thought I would get off it because I had to keep postponing the end time and had to taper so slowly. Since you are starting the Methotrexate... (2 replies)

We sound like we could be sisters. My doc has me classified as having "undifferiented connective tissue disease" as I have symptoms of lupus, scleraderma, sjorgren's. I've taken plaquenil on and off (mostly on) for 15 years. I have never attributed pain relief to it. Rather it seems to help keep my rash on my arms and legs under control. The redness on the...
