... Never, I'd question Keflex, because I think its #1 side effect is diarrhea, which can cause dehydration. You could call your dr. to verify and also review what signs to watch for. As a small child, I was given massive antibiotics (don't even know why, it was so many years ago), and ended up in a children's hospital twice before the drs. there figured out they were causing...
