So my appointment with the Rheumy is March 13th, and I have been keeping a pain journal since the end of May. I have just started adding other odd things that may or may not be relevent.
I use a Mild/Moderate/Severe pain scale, as opposed to a 1-10 (does it matter?) Where Mild is just that annoying pain, but it dose not affect my daily activity, Moderate is painful... (2 replies)
