I've been diagnosed with secondary progressive multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia and cervical dystonia. I was recently tested for Lyme since it is a major mimic of MS and fibro. The test says negative but I do see I have 3 bands that are reactive. Can anyone tell me if I should look for further help with this, or take the test as negative? Thanks in advance!

... Lyme is primarily diagnosed by clinical symptoms, not tests. An ID doctor does not understand this and, therefore, will only treat for LD if a test comes up positive. If you think you might have Lyme you would be better served seeing a lyme specialist, an LLMD. They do not take insurance.
