... am new to this post but cannot resist replying about cold flashes They are real and you have just confirmed it for me,I sometimes would be awakened by shivering cold fellings that actually would hurt my muscles that I would have to cover myself . I have been taking Evening Primrose oil for several years now and it does help, because I don't think I ever had hot flashes as bad as some ladies describe. I think I had "warm flashes". ...
