I need to get to my GYN and get some help with my hot flashes and vaginal dryness. I use KY but hey.. it just isn't the same as my bodies own natural lubricants. Getting old is so fun. lol. ... ... You might also want to consider Ortho Gynest cream, which is bioidentical, your regular GYN can prescribe for you, and can get at any pharmacy, for the dryness. It is Estriol, which is a slightly weaker form of Estrogen. ... (4 replies)
