... HI.......well let me say I feel for you!!! I am 53 and for sure in Peri-menopause......I have ovary pain....heart palpatations.....panic attacks...anxiety.....gas....nausea.....aches and's awful. I get lots of gas....nausea.....burping.....ovary pain.....acid reflux.......then I get nervous when this happens, and then I get anxiety big time and panic attacks from it!! It's a vicious cycle. ... Yerdua- I'm so glad you found out the problem. Good thing you went to have it checked. I like the dried ginger myself. I think it's considered "candied"? In the health food store. Ginger can have a stimulting effect so don't do like I did (on vacation once) and try it before bed. (5 replies)
