... Sorry for the late reply. I just saw your reply. It took a while for me to adjust to the AD but my nausea disappeared right away. I was able to eat, in fact i ate too much, especially sweets and chips. I am still not happy with the AD but i have reduced it from 22.5 to 3.75 mg now. And the cravings are gone too. ... ... Yerdua- I'm so glad you found out the problem. Good thing you went to have it checked. I like the dried ginger myself. I think it's considered "candied"? In the health food store. Ginger can have a stimulting effect so don't do like I did (on vacation once) and try it before bed. (5 replies)
