... Yes it sounds exactly like menopause. I am 52 and having the same symptoms you are. I take vitamin E for swollen, painful breasts and it helps alot. I also have anxiety, night sweats, headaches and feel just plain awful. I also crave chocolate and sweets. It's all hormone related. ... (9 replies)
