... Stay away from sugar. Sugar only brings your sugar level way up and then brings it to a low. You can exercise, and don't let it take over your life. Just make sure you eat five small meals a day and that will balance your sugar level. It's aggravating, I know. Been there. ... (10 replies)

... oo, know it's happening. It's good to eat 5 small meals a day. I had it years ago associated with my thyroid. You don't have to have a thyroid problem to have hypoglycemia or symptoms. I have a friend who is basically almost menopause, but when she was going through perimenopause, she would have alot of low blood sugar problems. ... (10 replies)
